After trying Feebackify (as listed on my Top 14 tools for my web startup), I want to open things up a bit and try http://getsatisfaction.com for a while...

Feebackify was nice and simple, but was "closed" in the sense that no one saw the comments but me. For an early-stage start-up, don't you think it makes more sense to open up the feedback so that everyone can see what's already been said. This allows for users to discuss pros and cons of certain features, vote up good ideas, and see answers to FAQ's. This is more what I'm about!

Let's give it a try:

On Refynr.com, there's also now:

  1. a Feedback tab on the right of every page
  2. a logo and link to http://getsatisfaction.com/refynr/ on the home page
  3. and a Search widget on the Help page

I'll work on adding all the suggestions and ideas that users have already given me, including my own ideas/features, and putting up Frequently Asked Questions...
